Managing Director with full P&L responsibility and portfolio management oversight
The position entails overall responsibility for profitability, liquidity, and performance—including investment and site development, KPI-based management of production, logistics, and scheduling, quality and occupational safety management, as well as the active leadership of sales, engineering, administrative functions, and HR. Another key component is the governance of portfolio companies: target systems, reporting, synergies, and standards. Ideal candidates have a background in civil engineering or industrial engineering (construction/construction management) as well as practical experience with concrete, concrete technology, and building materials.
