Our recruitment consultants are supporting a new executive search assignment in the healthcare sector. As part of a confidential succession planning process, we are filling the position of commercial director for a leading organization in medical self-governance in northern Germany.
The role is situated in an environment characterized by professional representation, self-governance, committee work, and high demands on reliability, management, and governance. We are seeking an experienced leader who, together with the medical management, will assume responsibility for the overall commercial and organizational management as well as the strategic development of the institution.
The scope of responsibilities includes, in particular, finance, controlling, economic planning, administration, and internal management. At the same time, the position requires a solid understanding of the unique role of an organization that represents an academic healthcare profession and performs key functions at the intersection of medicine, self-governance, and the healthcare system.
